Consider our GeekShield Total Care Solution like an All-You-Can-Eat Buffet – it includes everything that you need. From continual proactive monitoring and management of all systems to unlimited telephone, remote and onsite support plus business continuity management, network monitoring and 3rd party vendor management. Our Total Care Solution includes almost all of the costs in one flat fee each month. However, there are some instances where you may incur expenses above and beyond that fee. Examples of items that are not covered under our flat fee service plans include the cost of replacement or new hardware, shipping costs, the cost of software licensing, renewal, or upgrade fees, and the cost of any third party vendor, manufacturer support or incident fees. Whenever the potential arises for additional fees outside of our flat fee, you will always be notified in advance for approval. - How Does My Business Benefit From Managed IT Services?

Do I Have The Option To Cancel?
All of our GeekShield Total Care contracts have a 12-month minimum commitment. For instances where a client may not be 100% satisfied with the service we’ve provided, we do offer a 90-day worry-free cancellation option. Since our success is measured by the overall uptime you and your business experience as well as the quality of support we provide, we ask that you provide us with 90-days written notice and the same amount of time to correct any issues.
